TWO MEETING ROOMS FOR SHORT TERM HIRE.
IN HISTORICAL BUILDING,
NEAR OLD STREET, LONDON EC1

A room or rooms may be booked for morning, afternoon or evening sessions. A small kitchen adjoins the main Meeting Room and in the basement area, there are toilets and a shower. A door from the main Meeting Room leads onto a veranda with steps down to the attractive Meeting House garden. Access to the building is via steps to the raised ground floor level. Unfortunately, there are no provisions for wheelchair access.


Each room can comfortably accommodate 20 people for talks or discussions. They have also been used for committee meetings, for a variety of workshops, for meditation and for complementary therapy.

The building consists of
- a lower ground floor, on which can be found the Basement Meeting Room and the toilets,

- the middle floor, consisting of the Main Meeting Room and an adjacent kitchen area,

- and on the top floor, a large room which is currently in full- time use.

Extra tables and a flip-chart are available. There is no wi-fi and, unfortunately, no access for people using wheelchairs.

Schedule of Charges

Charges are made for specific rooms in the building for specific times. Established meetings mean Sunday bookings are not usually possible and are not possible in the morning or evening.

Guide price for an approximately three hour session

Bunhill Meeting House may be found through a rectangular archway off Banner Street, (see "Bunhill Meeting House" sign) a short walk from Old Street Underground station. It is very central - on the edge of the City of London.

It is set on the edge of the recently replanted and refurbished Quaker Gardens.

The building has not been adapted for use by people with disabilities. There is access by car to near the front steps, and limited parking directly in front of the Meeting House. The Meeting House is in the Charging Zone. Parking in Banner Street and the surrounding streets is possible in the evening and at weekends. Buses are available in Old Street and City Road. Old Street Underground Station is about five hundred yards distant.
